During Designated Lifeguard Staffed Hours
- Members and their guests ($2 per guest) will sign in upon entry, and in doing so, will acknowledge a release of liabitility and understanding of the rules.
- Maximum number of guests is 10 when lifeguards are on duty.
- Parties of more than 15 people must rent the BBQ & Kiddie Pool area at least one week in advance and can only do so when a lifeguard is present.
- Unsupervised children may be excluded from the water at the discretion of the lifeguards. Use of pool toys and flotation devices will be left to the sole discretion of the lifeguards.
- All guests and residents under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult while on the pool and clubhouse grounds. Adult residents are responsible for the behavior of children and guests under their supervision.
- Swimmers under the age of 16 must get out of the pool during Adult Swim. Children under the age of 24 months may remain in the pool with an adult but must stay in the steps area.
- Glass is not allowed anywhere in the pool area. No pets.
- Food and drink are not allowed in the water. Please clean your area.
- No running or horseplay on the pool deck.
- Do not move the temporary shade structures.
Lifeguards will request residents or guests to leave the facility for non-compliance of the pool rules. The pool and surrounding areas are used for the benefit of the Montevideo Community and its guests. Please be respectful of the lifeguards, grounds and other members and their guests so all can enjoy their stay.
During Designated Non Staffed Hours when NO LIFEGUARDS are on duty
- Members in good standing who have been issued a key fob and signed the liability waiver and acknowledgment of the rules for accessing the pool may visit the pool during designated hours.
- Members and their guests ($2 per guest) will sign in upon entry, and in doing so, will acknowledge a release of liabitility and understanding of the rules.
- The hours are subject to change depending on scheduled or unscheduled maintenance and service.
- Nobody under the age of 18 may use the facility without a parent or guardian
- Members may have up to 4 guests maximum when no lifeguards are present. Members must be present with their guests at all time and are responsible for them and their minor children.
- $2 per guest fee is due at the time of entry using the QR code.
- The door may not be propped open or opened to anyone who has not signed the required release of liability and acknowledgement of the rules and has their own fob.
- The pool is monitored by security cameras.
- No pets are allowed.
- No parties without a lifeguard present.
- No smoking.
